The Space:
The apartment is a well-appointed space in an excellent location close to the Rue du Bac. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress and faces the street. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink and is en-suite to the bedroom. The living room has a sofa-bed. The living area comes with a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave with oven function, stove, dishwasher and Krups coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
