Please note 2nd bed only for children up to 10 years old. A very good bed base and tailor-made mattress 70X160 for children. The staircase is in “Japanese steps” unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our small independent chalet dating from 1891 is located 3 km from Courchevel Le Praz and the cable cars, in the center of an authentic and preserved hamlet in a quiet pedestrian lane (50m from free parking).

Departure from the trails a few meters from the chalet, numerous activities in the resorts: tennis, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, climbing, aquatic center, varied cultural visits (baroque churches, cheese factory)... And hiking on the edge of the Vanoise park!

Spring and autumn: smells, colors, hiking, visits... and the spa town of Brides 6 km away will offer you cinema, casino, Spa open to all, its restaurants, its shops and its entertainment because it is the peak season of cures. Even "out of season" we never get bored!

Winter and July/August: The free shuttle bus connects the Courchevel-le Praz gondolas serving the peaks of Courchevel and the 3 valleys in 7 minutes.

At an altitude of 1000m, our chalet with a total of 35 m2 offers you a typically Savoyard, cozy and authentic atmosphere with its fireplace!

The chalet is decorated in mountain style, and very equipped: free WiFi, flat screen, DVD player, dishwasher, new bedding and kitchen utensils.... and what a pleasure not to have to unfold a bed in the living room!

Layout:

- On the ground floor: a living room (12 m2) with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, real oven, dishwasher, raclette, fondue, Nesspresso, etc.) and dining area with closed fireplace. Flat screen and wifi connection, DVD, library.

- On the 1st floor: 'L'alpage' (16 m2) Bright with a double bed (140X200) and a real box spring bed + thick mattress but for children only (70x160), bathroom and toilet.

No garden since hamlet house but pedestrian alley serving only 2 houses: table and chairs + barbecue along the house for lunch outside

Free parking 50m away.

Unsuitable for people with reduced mobility and very young children (steep stairs)

No bad surprises, heating is included in the price. (We nevertheless count on your good ecological conscience :))
