About 80m2 our accommodation has its independent entrance and sits quietly in the bottom of our garden of about 250 m2. You will be able to enjoy both the advantages of the city center since we are 10 minutes walk from the Place de la Victoire, and the tranquility of this charming maisonette with garden and sheltered terrace.

South-west of Bordeaux, Saint Genès district, located 10 minutes walk from the famous Place de la Victoire and the Saint Michel district. Bus and tram, accessible in a few minutes on foot. Summary: We spent one week in this house at the beginning of November. The house is even nicer than in the pictures: very stylish, cozy, modern and fully equipped. The location is a little far from the city centre in a residential neighborhood, but it still allows you to walk almost everywhere. The owners where even so kind to lend us bikes to move around Bordeaux. However, our experience ended up being a little disappointing for following reasons: upon arrival we found several spider webs and spiders (some were the size of a one euro coin) in the house, which in our opinion showed a lack of maintenance. But the presence of spiders and spider webs was even less acceptable in the area of the shutters, the windows and under the roof outside the main entrance. It was literally covered with spiders and spider webs. There were always between 5 and 10 on each window and you had to put your hands between the spider webs to close the shutters. When we told the owners, their first answer, that left us speechless, was that the house was clean as always and that the presence of spiders is normal if you have a garden. Only on the following day they offered to send their cleaning lady, but it didn't help much, because everything was left as it was, so that we had to clean off the spider webs on our own. Other weird thing is that despite to being charged a cleaning fee, we were asked to take off the bed sheets, empty the dish washer, close the garbage bags and take them to the outside bins... We are extremely attentive to cleanliness and respectful of the houses that we rent and would have probably done it anyway, but we thought it's funny that we had to follow some cleaning rules if the owner charged a cleaning fee. All in all we had a pleasant stay, but with a little more attention towards the guests' needs it could have been much better
