"I Molini" is a beautiful and peaceful complex consisting of 15 privately owned apartments, in a picturesque part of Lake Garda - Morgnaga, in Gardone Riviera.
The apartment is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living area, with a comfortable corner sofa and a open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need, and a cozy double bedroom with its own bathroom. In the basement there is a second bedroom with three single beds, another bathroom and washing-machine.
But the real strength of the house is outside: from the private and covered patio equipped with a table and chairs, the guest can sit, eat or have a drink, while admiring the splendid view of the lake and the lush nature of Gardone. In front of the patio a short path leads you to the large swimming pool with breathtaking view. Finally, at the back of your apartment you can discover a small private fenced garden where you can retreat in the hottest hours to enjoy a fresh and reserved environment.
Generally pool is open from May to September depending on the weather and temperature and it is shared with the other guests/owners of the residence but generally it is quiet, especially during the week!
The pool is equipped with sunbeds. Every apartment can use two of them.
The apartment also offers one private garage. In case of two cars, just out the residence a free parking space is available.
The complex is reachable by an uphill road long 400 meters.
The lakeside promenade (full of bar and restaurants) starts only 500 meters far from the apartment.
