High-standing, recently built duplex facing the Beach in Talloires. This 595 sqf apartment offers a gorgeous view of lake Annecy.
The apartment is fully equipped with Air conditioning.
"La Plage" property is composed as follows:
- Southwest-facing living room which opens onto a terrace with garden furniture , overlooking the lake.
- Kitchen is fully equipped
- Dining area for 4 people.
- On the same floor, there is a separate room with a single bed (90x190cm), shower, and sink. WC’s are separated.
One floor up :
- Spacious bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake. The room has two single beds pushed together (3x6,5f each). New luxury bedding. Option to add a cot.
- Ensuite bathroom with double sinks, bath and separate WC. Washing machine.
The apartment is located in a new building with two identical apartments.
Possibility to also rent the apartment on the same floor (the Port) for extended family!
On the ground floor, Seb counter offers you small light meals and pleasant coffee times . The counter does not serve dinner.
The village center is only 5mns walk from the apartment.
A supermarket (8à8), a bakery, a tabacco store and newsoffice will make your stay enjoyable.
BBQ's not allowed.
Few public parkings are at your disposal in the village (with extra charge).
