You enter, from a garden of about 170 m2, fully wooded & landlocked, in 1 large living room (75 m2) including all the necessary comfort for a great holiday: fitted kitchen, sofa bed, dining table, table football , pinball, 2 fireplaces. Heading towards the bedroom, you will find a toilet, then: the 20m2 master suite (also overlooking the garden) composed of a 160cm bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with walk-in shower fully tiled in sheets and with a thermostatic shower column: that happiness !!!!!

This floor reflects the "passageway" spirit and serves 2 bedrooms (the opening of which opens onto the living room) and 1 shower room.
