The residence has an elegant entrance lobby and a classic lift that takes guests up to the apartment. Blessed with high ceilings and authentic double windows, the apartment is full of light. The open-plan sitting/dining room is furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary pieces. There is a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, a small fireplace and French windows out onto a small balcony. There is a café-style table and chairs on the balcony where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee. Stairs lead from the seating area to a mezzanine level with an armchair.
