Summary: Pros: Customer service is very responsive. Location is excellent. Decoration has a Venetian vibe. Cons: Beds and cushion quality is low. Pictures also gave us the impression it was a double bed, but instead it was a twin room (which is, however, written in the description), but the photo itself is unfaithful to the reality. Don't miss this point like we did.
