Positive: The location is very good, with a very nice view. The room is brand new and it was very clean.

Negative: First, we arrived in the middle of the night. Our door code was not working. They answer imediatly and provide a new one. At breakfast we arrived 9:30, and everything was almost gone. We waited for a refill but it didn't happend until we asked them to refill. There were not so many choices. Like a continental breakfast. The noise in the morning at 8 o clock from housekeeping waked us up and they were knocking stufs in the door and in the cleaning cart for all morning. The cart was exactly near our room. We went to breakfast and when we came back the lasy from housekeeping asked me: do you leave? I need to clean.Even though we had 1 more hour to check out.after that, the card key from the door was not working. I had to go back to reception for a new card... Too bad for the location and for experience in dolomites...
