The villa with the holiday flat is in a picturesque and quiet location on the edge of the town of Vence directly below the Baou des Noirs. Through the large panoramic window, you can see the sublime Baou de St Jeannet and, on a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of the island of Corsica above the Mediterranean shimmering in the sun.
The 110 m² flat with three bedrooms offers enough space for 6 people. Additional sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people can be provided. The large combined living and dining area is ideal for cosy get-togethers. You use the entire upper floor of the house and enter the house at ground level on the mountain side. The flat has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a covered terrace for hot or rainy days and a small garden area. You can park your car directly in front of the house.
During the day, enjoy the vibrant life and easily accessible beaches in the towns of Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes and Cannes. Discover the picturesque towns of Vence, St Paul de Vence and Tourettes-sur-Loup, which have inspired artists such as Picasso, Chagall and Matisse. Visit Grasse - the world capital of perfume.
