Summary: This is an excellent place to stay. I managed to find the hotel easily by using google maps. I was able to park my car in one of the couple of empty spaces available (however I visited in the end of September, I'm not sure if I would've found a space in peak time, unless there was additional parking capacity I didn't spot). I was greeted by name by a lovely and warm staff member on reception, who took the time to provide a tour of the hotel and where my room was located, along with providing some local hotspot tips and recommendations. The room was lovely and clean and just as the photo showed (but could do with a re-paint). It came with excellent Cornwall tea hot drink options and some very useful complimentary ear buds (which was useful given there was a storm that night, and you can hear the lighthouse, which isn't too far away). The hotel is right on the coastal path with stunning views of the sea and lighthouse, and access to a private bay in low tide. The food in The Terrace restaurant in the evening and for breakfast was truly incredible with excellent service at all times - I would highly recommend eating here at least once! There's a great snug area to make the most of the sea views and enjoy a drink/book/games which was a lovely touch. All staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend to others.
