Summary: This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, but the staff, especially those in the breakfast area, were not as friendly or welcoming as we expected. My main complaint is that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we tried to switch it on — but nothing happened. I called reception and was told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to start working. Still nothing. After another call, they apologised and said there was nothing they could do except provide a fan. Really? A €250-per-night room with no working A/C? They assured us it would be fixed the next day, but guess what — it wasn’t. Overall, the location is the only real highlight. There was no genuine effort from the staff to make guests feel welcome or comfortable..
