Mit viel Gespür und Feinsinn wurde dieser schätzungsweise 200 Jahre alte Stall zu einem aussergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus umgebaut. Das Interieur – möbliert mit sinnlichen und ausdrucksstarken Designklassikern – legten die Besitzer in die Hände der Stilkundigen von Neumarkt17. Dabei wurde ein loftartiger Raum mit hohen Decken, einer Teeküche, zwei grosszügigen Zimmern und einem separaten Stockwerk mit einer hochwertigen, vollausgestatteten Küche und feudaler Tafel geschaffen.
Zu den Annehmlichkeiten im Aussenbereich zählen ein an die Küche und Essraum angrenzender Garten – ein Ort der Ruhe mit Esstisch und Lounge – sowie ein Parkplatz mit der Möglichkeit ein Elektroauto aufzuladen.

Badezimmer: Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette aus Hinterrhein-Quarzit zu jedem Schlafzimmer. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine zusätzliche Gäste-Toilette mit Dusche.
