Summary: Anne was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made sure my room was always spotless and tidy.
