Spacious charming apartment of 36 m2, organized in duplex and renovated in August 2017. It is located on the top floor of the Snow Building right in the center of the resort a few dozen meters from the mini market, the children's village and the majority of restaurants. Its southeast orientation allows you to enjoy the sun on the balcony and admire a superb view of the slopes, without being disturbed by the nuisances of the center of the resort.

The accommodation has a cathedral lounge (3.5 m under the ceiling) with an OPEN and EQUIPPED KITCHEN (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven / grill / microwave, raclette machine, coffee maker, kettle, large fridge ). The night part of the living room has 2 sofas and a BIG BED (160x190). The set is complemented by a large adjustable 42 "TV with a blu-ray player.
Upstairs is a BEDROOM with a 140x190 SOFA BED, LIT-MEZZANINE 90x190 and a LIT-GIGOGNE 90x190. At your disposal is also a BED-UMBRELLA with small mattress FOR BABY (from 0 to 3 years).

The apartment has 2 TOILETS and 2 BATHROOMS (one on each level), one with bath and washing machine.
In the entrance are numerous storage spaces with BLOWING SHOES.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

We put at your disposal a tourist kit (sponge, cloth, dishwasher liquid, some tablets for the dishwasher and garbage bags), as well as the vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products. We hope you will take care of this accommodation as if it were yours.
The end-of-stay HOUSEHOLD is INCLUSIVE. Nevertheless, we ask you to clean the kitchen area and the fridge before your departure (otherwise the additional costs of 80 euros will be deducted from your deposit).

It is possible to order the DRAPS (kit 1 person with 2 towels - 24 euros, kit 2 people with 4 towels- 36 euros) which will be delivered by our concierge service at the time of handing over the keys. Beds made on arrival: +50 euros. Please let us know in advance if you want sheets and beds made.
The arrival is from 15h, departure before 10h.

Freshly renovated in August 2017, our 36 square meters apartment is a comfortable ski-in, ski-out duplex, ideally located in the heart of Avoriaz resort:
- 80 meters away from the "Children's Village" ski center, ski or snowboard
- 30 meters away from minimarket, close to all shops and restaurants and Aquariaz, Avoriaz 'aquatic paradise.

At the highest floors of the SNOW Residence, LOUNGE (up to 3.5 meters). m ceiling height).

A quiet, charming, family place, fitted in a typical Savoyard wood style, where to rest and sport in the mountains.

A fully-featured KITCHEN & DINING ROOM is opened on a living room fitted with couch, with a separate bedroom upstairs.
At night, the lounge turns into a beautiful bedroom thanks to a 160x190 MURPHY BED.
UPSTAIRS, a sofa turns into a 140x190 bed, another one into a 90x190 bed, with another 90x190 loft murphy bed available. In case you need it, you can also set up a folding bed for babies (up to 3 years old).

All in all, a great place for four to six people.

The duplex includes 1 BATHROOM and 2 TOILETS, one on each floor.

Along with numerous cupboards, the entrance is fitted with multiple SHOE-DRYERS, perfect after a long day skiing.
