This traditional stone house, now a charming 60 sqm chalet, is set in a hillside village with stunning views of Lake Mezzola and a glimpse of Lake Como. The local granite, once used by our grandparents to store chestnuts for flour and wine barrels from the valley, adds unique character.
Ideal for couples or families (up to 3 guests) to explore Valchiavenna, Valtellina, and the Upper Lake Como area. Its strategic location lets you reach Switzerland and St. Moritz, the famous Crotti of Chiavenna, the Acquafraggia Waterfalls with Prosto’s traditional biscuits, the villages of Lake Como (Bellagio, Varenna, Villa Carlotta), or Tirano for the Bernina Red Train.
