It is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 112 m² and a covered terrace. The single-storey apartment is composed as follows:

- A shower room with Italian shower and WC separated by a partition.
